My opinion. We all know that both republicans and democrats are to blame for our problems in this day and time. Americans can take set backs if they feel that their president is for the people. Our economy is bad. Our military weak, our attitudes stink. Americans have become selfish demanding and our government control way to privileged. IF we do not stop and regroup now, we are not only, going to leave more debt to our children and our children’s children we are going to loose our country to those who are buying our debts. It won’t be America, as we know it any longer. We were doing ok in the late nineties. So, tax breaks aren’t going to help it. Nevertheless, we are heading down the road to destruction now, as everything is or has already fallen apart. We need to meet this head on. Phase out the federal health care and so much government control. Government has grown excessively huge. I as a baby boomer do not need the Government in my health business or any of my personal business. We have out-lawed our selves. We the Baby boomers are the biggest population but we are in denial. Although we have our SS and Medicare, we are still afraid. We need to be more informed. If we had, cancer we would face it get rid of it. Well we need to do that with our congress and our government control. If Congress were paid for reform, they would owe us money. Lol. Congress needs term limits. We do not have strong moral ethics anymore, no family values. We need well educated people to educate our children. It is our responsibility. 78% of the students getting PHDs are coming from other countries. Three thousand students in the U of Texas alone are from China. Just a tidbit; Do you know that neurons start shutting down at 6yrs old? What is your child watching on TV or playing on your Play station, Wii, etc. Not to single out anyone of the evil tools that is running our brains at any given time. Kids are not learning the right things. They need to use their own imaginations, get outside make friends “in person” they don’t know how to interact with others and they don’t need subliminal messages through the programs they are being subjected to. American children’s educational skills are below other countries. We are not investing in our children’s education. We need higher educated teachers. They need to be roll models if the kids can’t get it at home at least let them get it at school. If you are not educating yourself in matters that involve you and your kids then you are not helping America solve the problem. Of course others are coming over here illegally they want to work, and if it is under the table so what they think. They send it home to the family that is strong and that stick together. Such fools we have become. We have become society that feels entitled. Ross Perot made a statement the other day. We went through world war two were fighting all over and it only took four years to win and get done. Eleven Years we have been fighting now and we haven’t even declared war. We are loosing our young dedicated men and women. But for what? Yes, we got rid of Bin laden. Yes, we got rid of Kaddafi, and Husain. How many did that take? Go in get it done and get out. Let them hate us for free! Stop giving money to those countries and start here at home and those who need food water, clothing. Give back to the Indigenous people that had it all taken from them when all the other immigrants came. All those big stars that are martyring them selves over seas let some of the homeless stay in their ten million dollar homes while they are over there slumming and roughing it! Hind sight is 20/20... We need a voice. In addition, this on Craig’s. List rants and raves. No one will ever have any privacy ever again anywhere. All cell phones are built to be tapped, there are cameras everywhere, everyone can be drug tested, and your DNA collected. Any personal information is now and has been considered public information. Warrants are no longer required. And face recognition is online. You will submit or be penalized we're just getting started. We have been desensitized if you will.
